CELEBRATE ! ! ! ! ! FIRST 30 MIN / 3 MILE 29:50, only break at 1, 2 was for time and pulse, almost didn't run cause long week and tired but made myself and got first goal accomplished. Didn't drink till mile 3, thought may have been detriment but still did record. breakfast bar before run.
