Cooler today for the first time in a week. Was gonna run bout 2 but rain came in, delayed till 4 and ran after rain. so was very humid, 80 % during run. still going bkwd n times & strength, thought today during run, may be that I haven't been doing oatmeal in morning, gonna double up on oatmeal to see if that gets my level of runing back.

Had to take break couple times in 2 & 3. lots rest on 4 & 5, 6 was able to rest less and pick up pace.
