Est. times, failed to start watch till half mile mark. Unsure if 16 laps was right so did 1 more to make sure, felt that 16 lap time was too short. May have miss counted laps.

felt good, first run after straining left knee back muscle on 8 mile run Monday. Actually, Knee felt better after this run and the rest of the day.
