I think I would say this was a slight improvement from the week before. Mentally this week it has been a little harder to get out the door, so I'm happy with the consistency I've had, and also that there is any improvement.

It was very icy on the run down from Judenburg. The kind of icy where as you come down a slope you say "oh no, oh shit oh shiiiit," luckily I didn't wipe out. Strangely and pleasantly the track was actually more clear of snow and ice than last time. Why? Not really sure, but it could be that the track gets more direct sunlight?

It was a bit windy today, and as much as I love running, I really hate windy winter workouts. There isn't really any upside to then, mental toughness be damned. I just tried to imagine how it is fun to run shirtless in the summer sun when you are feeling fit. So hopefully, in the end, these winter workouts can lead to that feeling this summer.
