Notes
I was initially not very motivated to run today. I think I was in a funk because leaving Budapest meant leaving friends and coming back to where I don't know that many people. However, the run went well. It started to snow sideways at the end of the run, which was weird, it didn't feel that windy.
I have a few aches, but nothing serious I think. I have some soreness in my quads, wikipedia tells me in my 'vastus medialis.' My right IT band was a little prickly at the end of the run, so I'll need to keep an eye on that.
