These repeats felt really easy. Part of it was definitely being indoors in the cooler weather. Originally I was also questioning whether the treadmill speed was accurate, but my running cadence looked correct for a repetition effort. The one thing I definitely didn't do that would have made it harder is to put the treadmill at a slight incline to compensate for wind resistance. Next time I'll probably do that since these felt a little easier than I was expecting. You can see from the heart rate data that I didn't get up to as high of an HR as I normally would on one of these workouts.
