Run felt more difficult than it should have. Easy pace, but my calves were still hurting from Wednseday's run (mostly the left-lower calf, almost the achillies area). I think the perceived difficulty of the run was almost solely a result of sore legs, as my heart rate was rather low (max = 153). Tomorrow is supposed to be a 9 mile run at decent pace (7:00 or better), but we'll see how I feel. judging by today's run, it might not be a good idea to push it at this time.
