Felt great. Still feel like maybe the treadmill speed is slow, but could also be the fact that i'm running indoors and avoiding the heat/direct sunlight. I was trying longer recoveries today as well based on Daniels' sugesstions. recovery approx. 2x workbout. The purpose of these R-paced workouts is to build strength and work on running mechanics, so it's not really about challenging heart rate or VO2 max. Threrfore, there's no reason to limit rest time. Basically just rest until you feel ready to do the next one.
