This was a really tough workout. I have definitely been out of practice of doing these tough workoust for a while. I'm not sure that I would take such a long break next time between Phase 4 of a previous season and Phase 2 of a new season. Maybe next time I will include some faster stuff in Phase 1 of a new season just to keep my body used to it.

8x400m, goal pace was 76 seconds. I was pretty close to goal on some of these, but was slow on the first one and the last two.

INJURY NOTE: Left hamstring tightened up after the 4th 400. I kept stretching and massaging it, but was debating whether or not to complete the workout. I decided to complete it, but I'm pretty sore (now the morning after). I will have to take it easy and make sure to stretch/keep it loose.
