Notes
Felt totally dead this morning. It hasn't been a full 24 hours since my long run, so that could be why.
INJURY NOTE: I'm noticing some progression in some of the aches and pains I was feeling yesterday. The outside of my left knee was bothering my for almost the entire first mile. I noticed it throughout the whole run, but it wasn't bad enough for me to feel like I needed to stop. I'm also experiencing shin splint-like pain above my left ankle. I'm spending the day today trying to stretch things out and make sure I don't injure anything. I'm considering taking tomorrow off since it's supposed to be a rep session, but I want to see how the rest of today goes first.
