Felt great, felt really strong. Heart rate reflects what I was feeling - the effort was easy, even though it felt like it took a long time. I think this is the best indicator yet that I'm reaching a new level of fitness. Also, after 17 days straight of running, I'm not particularly sore. I think that spreading my workouts out over the course of a full week rather than cramming them into 6 days is really helping. Also, removing one workout and replacing it with an easy day is making a big difference.
