Felt great. I actually think the reps need to be faster. Although next time I'll be running 2 miles worth of reps instead of 1.5. The 0.5 miles at 7:30 pace was an accident (should have been 1 full mile at 8:00). Tomorrow is a rest day. This was my first full week at 33 miles, and I'm feeling really good.
