4x600m (1:55 goal pace) + 2x400m (1:16 goal pace). This was another really brutal workout. I almost couldn't complete the final 600 or the last two 400s. It could partially be the slightly warm weather, but I also haven't done speedwork in a while. Probably just my body getting back into it. Surprisingly, I haven't been too sore this week despite being my first time back into speedwork.
