Fibular head was really sore to walk on after run yesterday. Something I've never felt but today it was all good. Achilles have a little bit of tenderness to them from slipping in snow but I'm paying attention to them making sure to warm them up well before running. Good run to finish out the 45 mile week. It was really slippery almost fell a few time. Went snowshoeing with mom maura alex and gina so it was a good tiring day.
