PLAN: MP Tempo 6 miles; 1.5 mile warm up and cool down
EXECUTION: MP Tempo 6 miles; 2 miles warm up and cool down. Runkeeper was all over the place with "current pace" so a lot of the splits ended up being too much faster than goal MP than I would have preferred.
