PLAN: MP Tempo 10 miles with 1.5 mile warm up and cool down

EXECUTION: This was supposed to be the last tempo run for this marathon training cycle. Because I moved my race day from Sunday to Saturday, however, I decided to make this run a shorter fartlek in order to start tapering.
