Pretty tough workout, actually ran till my legs gave out. easy 1000, fresh 800, fresh 400, 3x200s, 800, 400, 5x150's. Legs were tired from the race still. Ran at the front of the second group. Didn't have the speed to run with Tim and front pack tonight but a good workout all in all, weather was great.
