Nathan was doing 5x10min tempo intervals on a new part of the greenway so I joined him for the last 2 after getting there a little late. Wu was from the car to there and wd was from there back to the cars (plus whatever we added getting turned around in beech bend). So muggy. Too wet to breathe. Pretty happy getting 6 miles in.
