Good long run on Ensworth and new Bellevue Greenways. Tried to stay as close to race pace 8:40 as I could. Threw in the hills on Mortan Mill and Harpeth Knoll just for fun, felt good. Temps were great, mid 50's and sunny, felt good in just a tank.
