Aborted early solo run. Felt ok while I was walking but as soon as I started to stride I could feel some shooting pains. Backed off and went back to the car after a few hundred feet. If Ihadn't been by myself with the threat of rain I might have pushed through it and it might have loosened up but I think I will not run long in the morning and give it a rest.
