Really great long interval workout w the group out on the HRG. Ran the first 11 miles with Amaya, focusing on form and pace. It rained most of the time so the temperature wasn't too bad. Was actually kind of nice now that I have a shoe/sock combo that doesn't rub blisters. Really picked it up for the last 2 tempo miles 6:55 and 6:45 then did a good mile and half wd to get to 15. Felt great for the whole run. Big confidence booster.
