Old Natchez with the group, Tim started early and was coming back our way about a mile before the church, ran with him and Nate for the remainder. We had 8:25 pace dialed in. Ed, Andy and Judy were a little quicker than that and Mark, Dawn and Dan turned back at the bridge. Got really hungry/thirsty about a 1/2 mile before the church so i filled up on water at the fountain and it helped. On the way back we the trio went about a mile out and back on Moran to give Tim some extra distance with company, then when we got back to the cars Tim and I did another 3/4 mile out and back into the subdivision on Natchez Trace to get to 20 for him and 16 for me. Overall a good run. Was getting warm by the time we finished and I wish I'd had a short sleve shirt and Gatorade at the church and more to eat before we started, was out of primes and gels, won't let that happen again. Weather was perfect.
