Tough but good workout starting at the 9 mile hill lot. wu, 2 mile repeat, jog, 4x30sec hill repeat, 2 mile repeat, 2 mile wd. Temp was between hot and cold, legs were tired and stomach hurt but got thru the wrkout, felt good on the hill repeats but it made the next int really hard, felt like a real marathon simulation. Latched onto Leslie the whole time, couldn't quite keep up with Susan and Dan today. Stayed with Tim and John on the hill sprints.
