Notes

purposefully kept this one slow. Needed a recov run from the 17er yesterday. Legs felt good, and got better as I went. Let myself speed up slightly at the end. Just did loops around the neighborhood by myself. Weather was mild and breezy. Met my goal of running for 1 hr, didn't worry about distance.
