800 600 400 3x200fgf, ran this set hard. Got a stomach issue in the 200's, dropped back a group and did an 800 a little slower than the first one, but not by much. Took a pit stop and felt better and came back and did a 500 and then 3x200fgf. Had a good wu so I didn't need much wd to get over 6 miles. Legs were tight from the race on Saturday still. Thinking I might not run the Purity 5K on Saturday and do the long run with the group instead, unless I just feel awesome tomorrow.
