Eased back into running after being sick all week by going slow at track. I was lucky all the intervals were long or else I was just going to run easy laps while and watch everybody else run. It was a smaller group tonight anyway and I ran with Amaya for the entire workout. We ran the straits and cures at the same pace all the way thru for all 3 sets like they were just easy 800's and on the 2 1600 repeats we hung right over 8 minute pace. Overall, for fealing as bad as I have all week, a pretty good workout. Hopefully tomorrow this headcold will go away completley and I can enjoy my taper.
