Good Middle Half race. Thought I would go out easy and just phone it in. but caught Mark and Sueanne after a mile or 2 and then they sped up so I went with them. Couldn't keep up w Sueanne but ran with Mark for a while. Got out in front of him but he passed me around mile 10.5 and I never could reel him back in. But I finished pretty strong in the last 1/10 so that felt good. Put a few too many mile in the 7 teens to drop the pace at the end but happy I was able to hold steady sub 7:30's for most of the race. Beautiful weather too, near perfect.
