Really good 8 miler with nathan this morning despite the cold wind. I'd like to call this pace easy but it felt closer to a tempo pace, so I'll label it moderate, ie. tough but sustainable, kept pace really consistent too which was cool. Couple of really good hills, got to see where they are connecting the greenways across old harding road at the driving range, looks like there building something under the bridge. Gonna be cool when it's all connected.
