Notes

Supposedly 32 min intervals on the HRG, humid morning, lack of sleep and a 50 mile week made me sluggish. Took off way too fast on the first one. First 2 miles were sub 7:00. Made the first interval 24 instead of 32. Really backed off on the second interval 7:20-8:00 got to 28 mintues. Felt better on the third interval but backed off even more at the beginning then sped up at the end. Not the best workout but at least it let me know I need some rest. Intermitent R foot bone pain and a nagging right achilles/ankle/calf? from pushing too hard at track on Thursday.
