Great tempo run on Old Natchez with Tim and Nate. Easy first 4 to the church got some gatorade and pused the next 3 to Indy race pace and then surged the last mile back to the church, got some more gatorade and backed off a bit on the way back but still kept the pace pretty brisk. Almost like 3 workouts in 1. What a beautiful morning! Knee and ankle felt better today. No gut issues. New shoes are awesome.
