Pretty good interval workout, took it very easy to start on the 800s, picked it up for the 400's especially at the end, picked up the second set of 800 a little and strechted out on the last 600, maybe a little too much but with the weather being cool and a good tail wind it wasn't that bad. Calf twinged a little during the warm down but I think it will be ok. Enjoyable workout. Also Jim Spivey was at the workout and he yelled at me about my funky left foot push off which was very cool. I worry so much about breathing and staying tall I don't ever think about my feet but I know they turn out and I should pay more attention to them.
