Pretty hilly long interval session in around 9 mile hill area, kinda humid this morning too even though temps were not too bad. Not my favorite spot to do these workouts. Can't judge pace and the trees mess with my watch. Got lost in the woods but it actually added miles so I got my 16 in today. Didn't feel right from the beginning. Bladder felt crampy then towards the end GI issues. Hopping Tupelo feels better next weekend.
