Just wanted a good workout today after all the Boston craziness yesterday. Nathan and I had a tempo run planned. Shooting for 2 x 2mile intervals at 7:20 pace with Nathan on the greenway to prepare for Indy. First set we went west towards Ensworth, was a little slow on the first one 7:33 and a little quick on the second 7:08 but it avgs to 7:20. Second set we went East towards Vaugn road, which has some hills, managed 7:17 out and 7:10 back. Second set I really had to concentrate but got it done. Felt good to go do some harder miles, but I'd have to run a marathon at 7:04 pace to qualify for Boston.
