Oak Barrel Half. Survived, stayed conservative before whiskey hill 7:45 to 8:00, the hill was only about an 8:30, but it took its toll. Kept a pretty steady 7:20 from there to the end which was good and consistent but never could speed up to "finishing" speed even with the downhill grade after mile 8. Still happy about a solid effort, it did get a little warm. Nathan and Josh and I ran to the top of the hill together but Nathan got his legs back after about a mile and took off which was good to see. Josh laid back but finished with a solid time for his first half. Fun day, very enjoyable event.
