Notes

Kept forgetting to shut the watch down at the end of each set. First warm track wrkout in awhile, felt kinda bad until the very end. Stiff diaphragm and hip issues. Good workout ot though, 600 400 600 x 2 then 3 laps straights and curves, all short recoveries. I went a little quicker than the group so was on my most of the time. That makes it so much harder, waited for the group to do the straights and curves and thankfully Susan helped out on those.
