Easy 5 on the HRG. Bumped left knee jumping downed tree at mile 1.5 but ran thru it, more sore now. Trail was flooded in places around Ensworth. Water got about thigh deep getting over to the wood bridge to cross over to Baseball fields though. No problems with wet shoes or socks today. Was glad I was wearing compression shorts under running shorts.
