Was tired Fri night and knew sat am would be cold so I skipped grp run and thought Id go out and do 10 sat pm but that didn't happen so I went out Sunday instead. Ended up having a bad cramp in left shin after a mile or so and had to stop and stretch it out every 2 miles or so I made sure I got at least 6 and stopped. Didn't think starting at 8:20 pace would be that bad but I think those new Vomero's don't quite fit my left foot. Hadn't run since the hard 1000's on Thursday either so maybe it just needed to be worked out.
