Notes
Started outside lab. Couldn't get satelites so I ran to west end. Satelites picked up and I started the GPS. ran up to Blakemore turned left and came back to 21'st. Did lots of side loops to avoid intersections. Temps were warm, mid 70's but ok, legs, esp shins, didn't feel great, might be not used to new Mirage's with new inserts. Hip was some better after 2 days off.
