Goal:5mi @ 15k to HM

Actual: Did not even attempt to run the 5 hard here. On the one hand, I probably did Sunday's long run too fast. On the other, I'm beat up from it. It's ludicrous to have these two HARD workouts a day apart WHEN there's nothing but easy mileage after this for almost a week. So I'm moving the 5 hard to Thursday or Friday.
