Nice easy run outside as the weather is nice today - took it really slow to start since knee is still not normal. It hurts on any kind of turn and I slow way down to take them. Downhill is also painful, so I was slowing way down on the down and speeding up on the uphills since that feels a lot better on the knee. Picked up the pace on the way back as the knee was holding up half way decently. Last split is pretty good since it's mostly uphill.
