Notes

Description:

Hill sprints 6x at faster than tempo pace.

Course:

Around 500m, all pavement but a nice area to run. Somewhat gradual incline to begin, then it gets a little steeper before it finally levels off and is flat for 150 meters or so.

Warm up: Run to Green Hill Park, about 2.5 miles I would say. This took 16 minutes.

Entire cool down took 25 minutes.

More comments:

This was and AWESOME workout. I felt so great, so much better than I did on Wednesday. This workout was a real confidence booster for me. The hill was great because it forced me to run on my toes. Overall, I am very happy about it and therefore I am in a good mood today.
