Hit the hills at B-Ville again for the hill sprints. Not the best for this kind of workout, but the best I could think of in P-Broke.

60 min. 6-8x 1:00-1:30 min hills

Felt very smooth, form in control. Ready for Bear Cage at Franklin Pa....or wait, never mind.
