Notes

Awesome JKell workout today. I am actually going to log everything we did for once, but use this as an indicator of what kinds of things we have already been doing a lot of.

Warm-up:

Arm swings

Squats

Dives

Nods

Careokas

All skip types

Toe walks, Heel walks

Jogging backwards

Medicine Ball tosses (4x):

10 lbs ball

100 yards

Fast feet step ups:

(2x) 30 sec.

(2x) 15 sec.

(4x) 10 step ups then hop up bleachers

Upper body:

12 medicine ball slams

10 each leg Soccer throw ins

10 each side Over the shoulder tosses

(2x)

10 chin-ups

10 each side push ups

Pull tire with arms

10 prone pull-ups

10 dips

Yoga:

100% intense

8x 100 yard tire pulls
