I did not run today because I rolled my foot playing basketball yesterday at my grad party. It is luckily not a rolled ankle. Though my ankle did roll, what is swollen is the top of my foot right on the right side. I am having trouble walking but it will probably be better in a few days. Until then I will ice a lot and stay off of it. My mileage will be very low this week, and I hope to be completely healed by Sunday (move-in day).
