I did the minimum warm up, sets, and cool down as possible because I had to catch a train to the marathon, which by the way was REALLY COOL! Had to do the workout at 5:30 though, which was also REALLY COOL! Seriously, I enjoyed doing the workout as the sun rose with fog and such. Pretty sweet day overall!
