Joe Kelley workout #10

This workout was cut short a half hour because we were in the middle of a thunder storm.

1 lap easy warm-up jog

Arm swings

Squats, squat circles, dives

Ground drills: fire hydrants, scorpions, forward circles, backwards circles.

Many that a don't know the names of and which would be superfluous to describe.

Leg swings

Probably others but I don't remember
