Joe Kelley workout #8

This was a mostly strength workout. Lots of medicine ball stuff, core, yoga, an extensive warm-up. I don't remember much, just look at other days in which we did no obstacle course but more plyo stuff instead.

The highlight of the evening was the upper body workout. It was orchestrated by Johnny V's personal trainer. This guy is intense! Here is our upper body workout (2 sets of this):

20 pull-ups (I rested after 12 and 18)

20 dips (I did 20 straight through)

10 one arm push-ups each arm (one hand on a ball)

Rope (create waves with the rope with a partner, for lack of a better description)

Pulling the hose that is tied to the tire.

There was much more, but I can't remember everything.
