Joe Kelley workout # 7

Look at previous posts for the kind of strengthening stuff we did.

*NEW* Obstacle course: Pull tire 100 yards forwards, then 100 yards backwards, then jump over 4 small hurdles, alternating legs hurdles flew, shuttle run (twice through), bear craws for 10 yards, crab walk for 10 yards, sideways hurdle flex (both sides), weaving between a series of 8 balls separated by 5 yards, 25 squat thrusts, throw an 8 lb. medicine ball backwards over the field goal post. (Repeat this 4 times)

Very challenging, very good. Joe Kelley said afterwards that I look a lot different during these workouts, that I look like a legitimate college track athlete.
