Finally there was enough sun to clear the roads somewhat so I could get in a run. I don't mind snow and ice, but slush isn't going to happen. Almost four weeks off. Lungs were fine, legs didn't feel that bad either. Guess I do have a "base", and all... Ran it slow... Nothing new there though....
