Stations workout. The first station was a swing, the second two were a hilly loop and the fourth was a timed mile to finish out. I kicked butt on all the repeats except the mile. I was dead by that point. I can tell I’m starting to get in better shape. Still not anywhere where I was but way better than when I started back up the middle of June.
